Great, easy to use app.

Great, easy to use app. I use the Monzo Max plan which gives travel insurance, phone insurance, break down cover, and a free Greggs sausage roll each week. Also offer other services like Flex which helps break down big payments into 3 interest free payments. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Love, love, love Monzo

Monzo has been so incredible to use, moving to the UK from Australia it was an account that was easy to set up, simple to use and so convenient when splitting bills with friends. I've been able to save more than I have in years using their pot account as a savings and rounding up with my purchases. The customer service has been so amazing too, I have had to reach out to them twice (once to report fraud and the other to approve a time sensitive large house deposit payment) and both times they have responded quickly and been so helpful. I love monzo

Monzo have been an excellent bank, when my purse was stolen they immediately stopped my card, refunded the fraudulent payments and my new card arrived the next day. Their premium account is such good value for money with things like RAC cover, rail cards and airport lounges Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Helped with saving for our wedding
