Never had any issues with using Monzo, functionality of app is great, easy to get hold of real people for any sort of support needed and the variety of extras available with the paid accounts are excellent. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Best UK Bank

Whenever there is a problem, they are extremely quick to fix. For example, I was charged double by a travel company. Monzo refunded me instantly and dealt with the travel company in their own time. Been with Monzo for a little over 5 years now and I've never had any problems and any time I've needed to contact Monzo regarding anything they've always been great, helpful and gave me the information I needed and ensured whatever my issue was, got resolved to the best of their ability. I heart Monzo

Excellent customer service when I need to access it, but I couldn’t tell you the last time I did! Smooth interface, fun app and a great range of premium options. Has provided more transparency around my income, spending and savings than I have ever had with traditional banks and I am better with my money as a result. I couldn’t be happier. Their roundup feature is very useful alongside their high-interest savings accounts/pots which can be opened without any hassle. I have contacted their customer service before and I have not had any issues with them and they have resolved all my issues very quickly. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Monzo making money fun!

I have had no issues with my Monzo. I had a personal account first then loved it so much I convinced my partner to join so we could get our joint account. The app is user friendly and set out so I can manage my money better. I love all the extra features like pots and challenges and I just find sorting and organising my money more enjoyable with Monzo.
