Love Monzo.

Love Monzo. Used all the high street banks and some have decent apps. Some have decent savings rates. But Monzo has it all. An amazing account for especially students who need to manage their budgets and not overspend. Monzo is great for this. Instant app notifications. No fees abroad. Competitive savings rates. My experience of Monzo so far.

I joined Monzo in May 2024, and since then, they've been nothing but good. The app has always worked, and has been quick and easy to use. They've introduced several new features since I joined, which shows Monzo is constantly improving their services. Reviewed on: 14th February 2025

Incredible experience all round.

Brilliant customer service. The app is easy to navigate, fast, and offers loads of cool features and services. Like getting paid a day early. Also, the perks plan is incredible value for money because you get the free railcard (and free greggs), plus other nifty features like higher interest rates and credit insights. Frozen my card for no reason.

Frozen my card for no reason.. waited and still waiting since a week… have no access to my money. I asked then if they needed anything from my side and they kept saying jt was with specialist team.. i have bills to pay i am struggling financially to get access to my own money.
