I’ve never had an issue with Monzo and have customisability beyond what I need - when I rarely have an issue, Monzo promptly resolve it. So much easier to use than any other bank account. Monzo has set the standard for mobile banking and making your personal finance more accessible. Whether it’s the pot saving tools, the budgeting help, or the ease of sending money between friends. I absolutely love it.
