Not had a problem with Monzo at all, one of my main banks. Love the look of the app now it's updated. Always had a good experience with whenever I need to talk to someone which has always been quick. I wish the credit score for the paid for accounts were updated more than once a month however. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024

Monzo is so easy to use, my money feels safe and I don't need to worry about exchange rates or special cards when travelling abroad. I’ve also started to utilise the saving account functionality as well as investing - which has been super helpful and educational. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
