Monzo has been a blessing

Monzo has been one of the least stressful banks I've had to deal with. Their services, offers and packages are fantastic. I think the fact that I can visibly see, every day, that Monzo are striving for excellence and improvement is what keeps me confident in them. I have skipped many offers to join other banks offering some sort of joining fee/prize, and that speaks for itself because I'd rather lose out on some extra money than leave a bank I love. It’s been amazing.
