Faultless

I've never had any issues with monzo whatsoever, when i lost my card i was able to immediately freeze it and when getting money out abroad they are invaluable Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Flex it!

At first I didn't really understand what Flex was and I work in fintech! My mates tried to explain it to me, but what confused me was it sounded like a credit card, but also like some sort of mini loan warehouse line at the same time. If you want to use it as a credit card then that's cool, it's always interest free as long as you pay it off quickly. So no more opening a new credit card each time your deal runs out. But what I find really cool is you can essential move a past debit purchase onto your credit card too (aka; flex it!). I've never seen anyone other app with this feature before. How many times do you pay with the wrong card because you're in a rush and you can feel eyeballs on you from the 17 people in the queue behind you? No more ah ffs I was I put that on my credit card, because I've got some bill coming out in a few days and I've got to move money around, then remember to clean it all up later. Just flex it! For me, Flex replaced Klarna for purchasing big gifts and credit cards for trips. It's so easy and convenient, and I feel much more in control of it having access direct from the bank app, then using a third party app or card. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

My alarm goes off, and I check my phone. I open the Monzo app to see my account balance. Last night I went out with friends, so I quickly scan my transactions to make sure everything looks good.
