Monzo are the best!

Whenever I have required support from Monzo they’ve been fantastic. The main benefit is that I don’t have to wait on hold for ages on the phone, and that their chat facility is so much better than most companies. You can do it directly from the app and you can close the app and do something else while you’re waiting for a response, rather than staring at the screen and being unproductive while waiting to connect, as is the case with most other live chat facilities. Monzo seem to put convenience/ease of use at the forefront of all of their offerings, which is something I absolutely need in my busy life. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Monzo Flex makes credit use so much less daunting!

Monzo Flex makes credit use so much less daunting! I was pretty nervous about using anything credit/buy now pay later related. I've been an serial debit card user, and have been cautious about using credit cards I don't understand. I love how structured Flex is, no unwanted charges, confusing interest rates, or changing terms and conditions. Flex has allowed me to make big purchases without having to fork out a huge sum at once, but also gives me the reassurance of being able to pay off in a structured way. And in any case, you can always pay within 3 months interest free, plus the flexibility to pay off over up to 2 years and also the ability to change if you have extra cash to overpay and finish up sooner. A great product, and one I've encouraged others to consider instead of standard or more traditional credit cards. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Opening a Monzo flex card for an upcoming holiday was so easy - I really appreciated being able to seamlessly open the account in the app and then start using it straight away. The payment experience is always flawless, unlike some e.g. Amex, who’s 3DS implementation seems to be broken for half the merchants I use. Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Flex is a game changer. The reassurance of using a credit card without huge interest fees. Freedom to change repayment term to longer (up to 23 months) or shorter if needed. Best credit card I’ve had!
