Just Better

I can't speak for how this compares to other online online banks but compared to traditional banks, this is clearly the way to go. The app works great and I can track my spending, savings and credit is a glance. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Easy to use, easy to control

Monzo Flex is incredibly easy to use and links up with the rest of Monzo's features well. I feel in control of my money and have recommended Monzo bank, including the Flex feature, to many people. Flex payments become part of my scheduled payments for the following month, meaning the money is already accounted for on payday. Having the option to choose instalments in the app makes using Flex effortless, and being able to edit the installments is a great feature. I can also choose to repay my Flex balance early, with whatever amount suits me. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Monzo really values customers i accidentally send money to the wrong person and they had it sorted less than a week which came with reassurance and constant updates which made the whole situation less of a headache, the next thing is the simplicity of the app, it is very easy to use your banking account and makes savings very simple too, the fact you can use a QR code to get paid by your friends or family is also a plus Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
