everything you will ever want

Great bank, and never had any issues. The only areas of improvement I would suggest is the premium account benefits if they were customisable, as the lack of breakdown cover is whats keeping me with my other bank. Their middle tier premium account doesnt feel like its very good value for money as some of the features are free as standard with other banks. If something were to be done about these niggles i reckon this would be a solid 5/5 bank for sure Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

The best way to track spending

Monzo does a lot of the work for me. It sets reminders and gives me options on how to spend. It also tells me my spending habits and gives a comparison to previous spending history. I love Monzo and recommend it to everyone even if they already have it. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

Lovo! Love! Love!

So much better and more flexible than a credit card for spreading the cost of large purchases with 0% interest. Love being able to pay in 3 and being able to retrospectively flex purchases to free up cash leading up to the end of the month is very handy. Thanks Monzo! Reviewed on: 5th March 2023

Fantastic Service

The flex account system with Monzo has really put me in control of my lending and budgeting. I can spread the cost of a purchase over 3, 6, 9, or even 12 months! I can make extra payments that come off at the end or pay my monthly payment early anytime I like, I can also clear the balance in full with no admin charges. I also like how it's really clear about how much you pay in interest and how much you save when you pay the balance early. It's just super clear! Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
