Who knows, couldn't get a quote

Trying to get a quote for home insurance for my new build and chose More than as they had a great cash back offer. I could not get a quote as my new address is (understandably) not listed on the address finder tool yet - but without a valid address, the system wouldn't allow me to continue. Poorly functioning website = customer lost... Reviewed on: 17th May 2016

straightforward no frills policy

after searcing through several insurance companies for a suitable policy, I found that More Than were the cheapest but also the most comprehensive for the type of insurance (PET) that I wanted. They was also the only ones to offer a monthly premium that did not need me to make an initial deposit. the cover was immediate too. Very impressed Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

quick to set up and recieve documents

I had decided that at 31 I needed home insurance so had a look on moneysupermarket to compare prices - I only needed contents insurance but had to pay monthly. Found other quotes cheaper but with unknown companies and I am a bit warier with them. More than came very close though so came off the comparison site and checked topcashback and I was going to get good cashback so went to more than via them. Quickly put my details in came up with same price so signed up for direct debit monthly payment with no payment needed yet even better. After signing up received email to confirm and all documents came thorugh post within a few days. Had no problems with dd -took amounts when they said with amounts Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
