Didn't keep to their promises

Poor level of customer service

I have had an insurance with More Than over the years. Every time I try to phone about clarifying areas on my policy I get told that they cannot access the system and someone will call me back. That call never happens. Even when I wanted to add to my policy I was told this was done and I rang a month later as payment had not changed and no record of my call previously showed on the system. I eventually gave up and insured the items elsewhere Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Competitive Pricing

I have my home contents insurance with More Than. The premiums are competitive and prices don't increase too much annually unlike some companies. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

Abysmal at best.

I have their home insurance, and will never, ever use them again. I had to make a claim, they took THREE days to send out an EMERGENCY plumber to fix my boiler, ( I have a toddler), so no heating, hot water, showers at all. Then they tried to weasel out of doing anything. Claim was resolved after SIX months, although they didn't pay out to cover the whole boiler, despite me having this in my policy. Avoid. They lie, they do not turn up, then lie about it. They promise that the cheque is in the post and lie about it. The worst company I have ever dealt with for insurance Reviewed on: 18th July 2017

Quick and easy

I had a huge water leak come through my kitchen ceiling on saturday morning. Rang More Thank and two hours later i had someone round fixing thee problem. Couldn't have had a better service. Reviewed on: 15th July 2017

Useful and practical

morethan useless

I don't know where to start They ere the most useless company I have had to deal with When I rang in in a emergency all I was told I will have to speak to my supervisor who then said we can not do it because excuse one after the other until I got so frustrated that I hung up Reviewed on: 3rd January 2017
