They are rubbish

Charge the earth in interest, especially when you fall on hard times, ask questions that's not their business. When you find yourself back on your feet they want more and constantly phone you even though your paying off the debt. Go elsewhere for finance, bunch of criminals. Reviewed on: 15th December 2021

It is my first time taking out car finance, and motonovo was fast and efficient and was not complicated at all. I received a welcome call, which the support team answered all my questions and also provided me with all the information on my new car finance incase I missed anything or was not sure on certain areas. Quick simple and smooth

Purchased a new vehicle and was given a decision in minutes. Transaction was quick and customer has the ability to manage there accounts using the mobile app, making payments, statements and settlement figure that whole mug simpler. I received great customer service which in these days is becoming rare and happy as I know a lot will be coming out each month so if the experience would have been the opposite (bad experience) I would have immediately opted out.
