The clue is in their name

I very much needed help in a loan for a security deposit on renting a flat, and at the time my credit score was not in a great state. However, My Community Bank gave me a very reasonable rate for just the right amount that I needed. I only needed to call them once with a query, which was to change the date of my monthly payment so that it would fit in with the time of the month i got paid. They sorted it out with no hassle, and understood that it was important to make sure you are able to manage your finances by having all of your bills come out at the same time. Really quick response when I called them, and really lovely person at the other end of the phone. You asked in this survey if I would recommend them to a friend. I already have! Best loan offered with bad credit

Even though I had a bad credit score they offered me a loan at a huge % difference to any other lender and paid out same day and never hassled me after with silly top up loan offers to sink me further into debt they also gave me shares into the bank as they saw me as a member for getting the loan overall fantastic friendly service and everything went extremely smooth Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Even when things go wrong MCB gets it right
