Great Rates, Great Ethos

I was drawn to My Community Bank having noted the high interest rate, and it was a real bonus to find out about mutual , member-owned nature of the bank. It was very easy to open an account and to log in and see my transactions and balance etc. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024

Extremely fast, efficient and caring service.

Easy access to information and to make deposits. Recently mistakenly made a deposit and I was telephone by a very efficient and polite customer services operative who explained that I had put it into the wrong section and would therefore not be earning any interest. Extremely impressed that they made the effort to contact me, just took a few minutes but saved me a lot of time and money. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024
