BEWARE do not use - i'm having trouble getting my matured funds back

Had a one year bond which matured 5 days ago. Now having trouble getting my funds back. My Community Bank will not respond to emails and it's impossible to get through to them on the phone. When it tells you to leave a message they just ignore your message. DO NOT USE FOR SAVINGS Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Good interest rates but weak tech systems

Having saved with My Community Bank for about 3 years I am pleased with the very competitive interest rates they pay. However, the public IT systems they operate are poor, often giving error messages when you want more info. It makes it hard to know key info about my account, beyond just the total. Banking info systems shouldn't be do weak, at a time when confidence in IT systems needs to be maintained. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
