Cheap and flexible

I was looking for a cheap and flexible saving account. The team at nationwide came back to me very sickly with great advice and a perfect solution for me. Everything was super clear and easy to understand (which is not always the case with banking services!). Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Savings pots

I love the freedom of opening different savings pots with Nationwide and naming them to different things. Transferring is so easy and the Flex Instant Saver as an industry average rate currently. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Simple, easy and great customer service

Had almost no problems with my saving account just applied online and all postal information was prompt and informative. My one query was answered by a lovely call handler who cleared up my issue in a super friendly way. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Slow poor mistakes

Don’t use online to close joint accounts. Service is poor. Post is slow. Communication is poor. When it goes wrong it’s impossible to correct. Took over one month to get them to issue cheque to correct address. I had to contact them five times and go in branch. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023
