Reliable and Competent

I would recommend Nationwide as not only do they seem more ethical than many of their high street competitors but they have proved consistently efficient as far as billing and Customer Services are concerned with their statements being both reliably accurate and easy to understand. Loyalty

I would like to say that among all of the banks and building society nationwide is the only which in my humble opinion is rewarding its customers for the loyalty. Fantastic Savings Account

Customer Service

Every single time I go into a Nationwide branch in regards to my savings account, I get exceptional service. They never complain about me asking them to do too much. Or that I'm asking them to do tasks that I should be doing online with my account. They always greet me with a smile and a friendly hello and goodbye. Useful saving tool with reasonable rates

I use Nationwide online banking and for the past couple of years have been opening and using the Regular Saving ISA they have offered. The interest rates on these products have been moderately good. The ISAs themselves have been so easy to operate using online banking. It is very easy to deposit/withdraw funds into and out of the ISA. You can also monitor how much of your annual cash ISA allowance is left to invest after each transaction involving the ISA. I would definitely recommend people looking up more information about these products and seeing if they will work for you. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015
