I wanted to see whether I could discover a reason for an account being closed; on another occasion I wanted to check whether a NatWest phone number was genuine, in case I was being scammed. Cora was useless in both cases. Please, NatWest, we need more access to your telephone numbers, and more peole to answer the calls. Robotoics aren't yet even close to dealing with a rational human being. Maybe a decade from now it may catch up, but I doubt it. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
