My honest review of Cora

Being with NatWest for the last 6 years, I have noticed a lot of improvements. Cora is definitely the best new innovation that has been made as it offers faster communication, less wait times and more focused advice on actions to take. Cora could be improved through more vast and extensive reception of customer queries. To explain further, the answers that Cora picks up on are very specific key words and will not understand any further. Perhaps, a document for containing key words might be helpful especially for older customers and maybe customers that are young (16+), new to the country or anyone else that might benefit from guidelines on how best to optimize the use of Cora. Absolute rubbish, can't even ask a basic question.

Literally doesn't even work, typing a question just brings up a completely unrelated FAQ section with 5 worthless options. It literally could not be more useless. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
