Sets you in the right direction

Well I find for more nuanced issues Cora is a great starting point. It gets you you headed in the right direction and is obviously a huge time saver for your online agents as they don't have to ask you a string of questions about your problem or get you to fill out your personal details all over again. My personal experience has been that I have not been able to reach a solution merely by using Cora alone, but have always relied upon an agent after conversing with Cora. Having said that my issues have been somewhat more complex as I live abroad in the US and so ordinary solutions that Cora might be able to solve for others haven't been applicable to my situation.
