I would not recommend Cora if there were the only participant.

My mother died and trying to settle her finances has been the most stressful and awful experience compounded by NatWest and Cora’s slapshod and incompetent approach to dealing with her accounts. Empty promises, time spent on hold, having to chase up missed deadlines. Just awful. Stop trying to win awards, get back to basics and try and do right by your customers.
