Worse Service In The Country RUBBISH

All day I’ve been trying to get hold of someone to ask them what’s going on with the kids Trust Fund accounts, 2-3 hours on hold on the phone not only once but 3 times. Tried to complain by online, they’re link won’t even send the email and kept getting a message “error while trying to send email. Please try after sometime” sure I’ve trying 6 times trying to send my complaint but no luck, they just won’t accept it. How the F}%*€ Rubbish is this service, I’m just glad I don’t bank with this joker, if I could transfer my kids Trust Funds elsewhere I would in a FLASH, I don’t want anything to do with this bank ever again. I just WANT answers to what’s going on with my two kids Trust Funds. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2022
