I needed to reactive a previous ISA account, I would not have thought to use CORA but once I was told by a human (manager) , I could use it then the process was very efficient and took only a couple off minutes. I will probably use CORA more frequently if I have a banking problem before asking a human. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2022

Worse Service In The Country RUBBISH

All day I’ve been trying to get hold of someone to ask them what’s going on with the kids Trust Fund accounts, 2-3 hours on hold on the phone not only once but 3 times. Tried to complain by online, they’re link won’t even send the email and kept getting a message “error while trying to send email. Please try after sometime” sure I’ve trying 6 times trying to send my complaint but no luck, they just won’t accept it. How the F}%*€ Rubbish is this service, I’m just glad I don’t bank with this joker, if I could transfer my kids Trust Funds elsewhere I would in a FLASH, I don’t want anything to do with this bank ever again. I just WANT answers to what’s going on with my two kids Trust Funds. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2022
