Brilliant, efficient, friendly service

I have been very impressed with Natwest, in particular, I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly and willing to help with any issues I've had. It's always quite easy to make an appointment or speak to someone on the phone and I have always felt like Natwest have wanted to help. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022

Very easy to use and asked all the right questions

Sometimes these CHATBOTS are cumbersome and don't give you the options you actually need. CORA is exactly the opposite in my experience and was extremely easy to use. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022
