I couldn’t remember my PIN number recently and due to tapping every day. The thought of organising anew one was daunting and time consuming. However did in today and it was quick and easy online. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

As opposed to waiting on the phone, or trying to deal with disinterested, and frankly not very helpful, staff at the local branch, Cora was very quick and easy. However, this comment is after just the first part of my contact. If she/it can deal with the next more complex part, I'll be very happy, and upgrade to ten stars! Reviewed on: 13th March 2022
