Very good. My questions are answered very quickly and very well and helpful. Cora was very pleasant and answered my question for me to understand well. I know that NatWest are a very good bank. If I have any problems I call my branch in Hazel Grove and every person I get to speak to are very friendly and very helpful. I have never had any problems with NatWest. It is very unfortunate that all the banks are closing and we either have to go to the Post office or do everything on line. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

Help on replacing my cards

I’ve damaged both my credits and debit cards, however I was able to order replacement cards using the online assistant. All in the same time I made a cup of tea . Reviewed on: 13th March 2022
