Answers kept going in circles

I’d answer a question, select an option, it gave an option I selected an option and it took be back the original option, just round and round with no option I can see I am not helping would you like to talk to some one. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

NW Switch team asked me to contact them via Cora. I've been trying now for w week and no one answers. Cora says she's connecting me then everything stops. What's the point of instructing someone to use a service then not responding to their call? Complete waste of my time. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Cora doesn't work.

It takes me at least 4-9 attempts to connect to their digital assistant - the only way now that NatWest allows customers to communicate with them outside of Twitter. I have been in their queue waiting for someone to help with the switcher service (as this requires a human) for a collective 20 hours of opening time. Ridiculous, especially as this is the route to take when combatting fraud. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
