Cora doesn't work.

It takes me at least 4-9 attempts to connect to their digital assistant - the only way now that NatWest allows customers to communicate with them outside of Twitter. I have been in their queue waiting for someone to help with the switcher service (as this requires a human) for a collective 20 hours of opening time. Ridiculous, especially as this is the route to take when combatting fraud. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023

Great customer service

Cora is an efficient way to get answers fast before having to call Natwest customer service. Cora can communicate and understand issues using automated response which the service user must select the most accurate one from a list. Sometimes an issue is more complex, and cannot be simplified in to a set answer. However, it is still an amazing tool available on the website. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
