It's very useful being able to request paying in books, pin number reminders and advice with the in-app assistant. I hope as time goes on, Cora will become more intuitive and cover a wider range of topics. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

As a new customer swapping from my current bank I was apprehensive that the switch would be smooth. Everything was explained simply and I had no issues. I really like the set up of the mobile app, it is easy to navigate and everything I need is there. My PIN didn’t arrive but it was easy to reorder through chat via mobile app and I was kept updated.
