Useful yet sometimes confused

Previously Cora was quick to understand my needs and connect to an agent when needed. Today she was a bit stuck... I went on responding same question again and ended up asking for an agent. Generally good experience after all. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

Card Reader error message

My card reader wouldn't work with my new debit card but kept saying "Error". Tried Cora and got the answer I needed very quickly with minimal number of steps. It needs the batteries replacing! Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
