Automated change of details

Change of account address was easy using the automated Cora system. Only criticism is the response is a little too quick and doesn't give the user enough time to consider the options, but overall a simple and effective system. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Cora has *never* been able to help me. It failed to tell me how to find my customer number - suggesting I looked on my Account Summary page that has it partially starred out. Cora can't help me do a credit card balance transfer instead suggesting I apply for a credit card - I've got one I'm trying to use it. Cora won't recognise "transfer me to a credit card agent", it's just an exercise in frustration. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
