Just serves adds or incorrect information.

Cora has *never* been able to help me. It failed to tell me how to find my customer number - suggesting I looked on my Account Summary page that has it partially starred out. Cora can't help me do a credit card balance transfer instead suggesting I apply for a credit card - I've got one I'm trying to use it. Cora won't recognise "transfer me to a credit card agent", it's just an exercise in frustration. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

She’s patient, good listener to customers requests and also fix customers banking problems which makes we the customers very easy and happy...I think she needs to be awarded for the good things he’s doing to the customers and the bank as well.. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
