Quicker, so much easier and less stressful than speaking on the phone, especially as the other person on the phone has no idea they could be talking with someone who has a difficulty. Speaking is hard for some people and Cora for me makes me less anxious. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

I had blocked my pin code in my card reader over the weekend. I phoned my bank but there was a long wait. The automated message suggested using natwest.com/support and using the live chat. My issue was resolved with Cora. Thank you Nat West. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

When I have needed any help understanding or setting up new accounts, down to helping with new machines in store and not to mention the friendly service has made this bank, for me, the best I can and will find.
