Very poor service

I have asked Cora for help setting up a "companion" account, it can't understand my requirement and keeps asking me what type of new account I want. I sorted it all out with local branch - who were superb. Now waiting for new cash point card etc - asked Cora for an update - again - trying to "sell" me a new account type. I can't get around the "sell" new account bit - and desperately need to get new account working for a disabled Sister, hence my huge frustration. I have now decided that I will set up new account with a different bank - been with NatWest for 40 years - just can't get a reply to my query. Previously used Cora - very good for very basic enquiries - anything a bit more complex and I get into a circular conversation about what type of new account I want. Absolutely useless

I had the misfortune of trying to use this stupid Cora system . Whoever developed it or thought it was a good idea needs sacking . It's no use what's so ever . You're lucky if I stay a NatWest customer going on this silly idea Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
