By using the app I obtained the information I requested in a timely manner. This was a much easier and less stressful experience than trying to obtain the information by phone and avoided having to wait in a lengthy queue. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021

Lack of staff ,shocking

I feel I must write this review as every time I go to this branch I dread it,, I don’t. Know who wrote the good reviews I would like to know what day they go on so I could go on the same day ,but whenever I go the. Service is shocking ,,, I play a game while I’m waiting to be served called spot the staff I will say the staff are pleasant enough but seem in no rush I always have to queue ages to get served the ,the staff seem in no rush to serve. ,, where’s the staff never mind them working from home get some in the branch to Serve I only go once a month luckily ,to pay a bill and always dread going ,, And that’s enough however I once went to the Northfield branch what difference plenty of staff brill, bromsgrove could learn a thing from them and I once went in and there were staff from another branch there helping out as lack of staff they brill can we have them back Sort it out please ,,when I queue other customers agree with me I wouldn’t recommend this branch Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
