Used the message service to report a lost card, I didn’t realise I would connect to a computer (as I can’t stand digital assistance) however I was pleasantly surprised and got sorted out in a few messages. Great experience and very happy. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021

Is this better than just a standard form? I'm not sure. Amex was easier because it wasn't trying to fake an interaction with a computer. I just re-entered my actual address and changed it. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
