I contacted the bank to see if I could pay a cheque by online banking or with the App and received a very quick response which I was happy with. There was no messing about going through a list of Q&A’s. So thank you NatWest for making my banking experience enjoyable. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Problem logging in to my account.

I had went through all the normal security details , as I have not checked my account online for a few weeks I was given a passcode to enter. I did this and clicked on go to account summary. I did this and nothing happened so I contacted the Chat and spoke to Cora who very professionally and politely solved my problem. Thank you Cora. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
