Scheduled payment problem

Tried to set up a future dated payment in the app. Will not let me select a future date. Asked for help with Cora - issue not resolved - need to speak to a real person! Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

My request was not understood at all and the answers were irrelevant. Most online services provide real texting chats with experienced staff. I have used these many times and they are really helpful. This AI chat (Cora) is really not working. Like having a car with a steering wheel that can only turn 10 degrees. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
