I tried and am still trying to get a total review of my 4 month loan account but I received no positive reply from the " cora" output - which is a great Shame because I cannot get answers elsewhere so Im not best pleased Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Poor consultation

I have been trying to tell the bank my email address is incorrect. So your unable to help me. Dealing with Cora is like pushing water up hill. I am in my late 70’s and I just want to chat to some one. Re my account. I organised a phone call 11am nothing has come through so I am still awaiting help. There is a NatWest where I go once a month would there be some once who I could talk to the branch is in Eastcote Pinner area. Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Easy and fast

Can answer for most of your questions Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Not always accurate

3
Sometimes I did get the right answers, but at time the advice was simply wrong. There is no follow up with the same agent so the answers are inconsistent and there is no conversation flow with real agents. Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

After un-installing the App from my iPad last October 2022 I continued to get a prompt to go to the App to obtain a code so that I could purchase on line.. After waiting to see a bank rep in Canterbury, Allison, (45minutes) I was told my issue had been resolved, not true! I then had to speak to Cora, hopeless! I was then told by Abiola that the tech team would resolve my problem. no! then I spoke to Saleem who proceeded to cut me off. I had to call back and finally spoke to Shannon who seemed the only natwest employee who knew what she was talking about and got rid of the App for me so, Hallelujah Reviewed on: 4th February 2023
