Pretty much garbage

I prefer people to answer my query. Cora is a very basic software that can only understand specifically constructed sentences. The answers she gives are mostly irrelevant. The cost cutting from this bank is excessive and none of those savings are passed on to the customer anyway. All this has actually done is alienated the bank further from the people you expect to trust you with our money. Sure in most cases it isn’t a lot but it shows that you do not care about your staff or customers at all. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Easy to use and useful

Cora is easy to use and useful for those that use banking online. Simple and straight forward questions are useful and take less time than waiting on phone for an operative. Although, Cora cannot replace human intelligence with more complicated matters. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

How can you people say I can get a loan then when i call you put me in hold then hang up putting me back to queue..very very bad service..all I ask for is another loan for small money and I have never missed a payment of the one I gave currently. With 6 payments before its over Why be so wicked ...why ...and you sopose to be top bank..Well its fine I will sort me out because you have been NO HELP AT ALL .. Cora is not very AI

Like all AI the range of help on offer mujst be limited to capacity. As with other "Cora" style "assistants" it is more often ujnhelpful than it is helpful. Customer service requires personal contact. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
