The worst digital asistant I have used

I have tried to use Cora on several occasions. Each time it has failed to understand the nature of the question and has left ne angry and frustrated. I am quite close to moving my NatWest account based on the inadequacies of Cora. NatWest should introduce secure mail to deal with any slightly difficult questions. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Useless

Very poor. Illogical call paths, doesn’t understand, generates frustration and annoyance. I avoid Cora now as it puts my blood pressure up. Reviewed on: 19th January 2023

Irritating and not very helpful

Not good takes to long

The call center could not answer my question and told me to use cora. So slow as 1. It took ages to get through security. The person didn't understand my question and repeated same answer then out me through to another department who told me the account didn't exist when I was looking at it. Asked for a transcript and told to do it myself. I followed instructions didn't get a copy and call dropped. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022

Dreadful

If you have anything other than a very basic simple question that can be linked to a tick box, Cora is absolutely useless. Against my better judgment, I tried it again today to sort out an overpayment. I thought I had got somewhere when it offered to repay my funds if I could just confirm my account and sort code number I've been trying to do that ever since, but keep coming up aginst Cora asking me what I think of its service.......... My only option is to physically go to the bank tomorrow which is ridiculous as this is such a simple request. Digital assistant? I think not. Reviewed on: 30th October 2022
