Rubbish. Most banks have woken up to the fact that contact via email is the best and safest. Not NatWest, though! NatWest is sticking to, and perpetuating the fallacy that email is unsafe. The ICO's opinion is that if an Individual insists on communicating via email then the Organisation must comply. If the Organisation is not satisfied then it must provide its client with a password?PIN in a separate email and the password protected communication must be sent as an attachment to a second email.
