worst customer service - never pick up the call - they keep redirecting you to the other department - the other department send you back to the initial department - like a loop - nothing gets resolved not even after 5 hours in the call with them! Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

I was expecting a lengthy and slow correspondence over IM to resolve my issue but Cora sorted out my request faster than I would have been able to pick up the phone and get through the first automated message.
