I have been with NatWest for 25 years... and I would never go anywhere else. The customer service is fantastic as is the online banking. Everything is so easy about my banking with Natwest. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Issues Resolved at First Point of Contact

It is so easy to contact Natwest, whether its on an instant webchat or by phoning and all of the queries I have raised have been resolved straight away. When there was a fraud on my account I could talk to someone and they stopped it immediately and gave me great advice. Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

a different type of bank

although this is a basic account, I find the service is second to none, and going to my local branch (wymondham) the staff are amazing and should be proud of themselves, the call centre is always very helpful and quick to answer and the phone app seems to have more features than any other, and I have accounts with a few others so have made comparisons. i recommend NatWest to anyone looking for a personable and reliable bank.
