Loyalty is not just one sided

Been with Natwest since I was 16 so many years now! There have been ups and downs as with most banks but a recent phone call about a loan confirmed for me that loyalty doesn't have to be one sided. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Mobile, Self-Serve Freedom

Not terrible but there are better options out there

I've been banking with NatWest for close to 20 years. I started banking with them mostly out of convenience - there were branches close by and not much competition. They offer a range of products but I currently just have their basic account. It offers all the stuff any other bank does - telephone banking, online banking, easy accessible, etc. I used to have a Cash ISA with them too, but their interest rates are terrible, so it made more sense to move elsewhere. That's also the same reason I keep my savings elsewhere - better rates with other banks. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
