Not terrible but there are better options out there

I've been banking with NatWest for close to 20 years. I started banking with them mostly out of convenience - there were branches close by and not much competition. They offer a range of products but I currently just have their basic account. It offers all the stuff any other bank does - telephone banking, online banking, easy accessible, etc. I used to have a Cash ISA with them too, but their interest rates are terrible, so it made more sense to move elsewhere. That's also the same reason I keep my savings elsewhere - better rates with other banks. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great bank and very helpful!

I've always had a positive experience with NatWest bank - I have been a member of this bank for many years and they provide fantastic customer service both online and in person. I was able to open a savings account instantly and the interest rate is good. I am able to ask for help if needed and recieve a quick and useful response. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Good bank

Mediocre

They are aggressively promoting on-line banking by making it time consuming to carry out any activities that require a person. Whilst using one of their machines I required assistance and on two occasions as I put in my pin number the assistant remained watching. Fortunately my daughter noticed and we changed my pin without the assistant. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

APP is brilliant

Overall a good bank

I have been with Natwest since I was a child, I love the emergency cash feature, this has come in handy many times. I wish you could see pending transactions though, my partner is able to see his with a different bank. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
