Excellent Customer Service

Natwest

I have been with Natwest for years i went for a basic account as i didn't want an overdraft but i do have a cheque book which is really handy Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Good app, no interest

We chose our bank based on the usability of its interfaces. Natwest has a solid, easy to use app. No interest on current accounts (unlike Santander where I was before) but guess that's fairly standard nowadays! Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

average feelings towards natwest because they dont seem to reward longstanding customers

the natwest rewards was very good at first but then some main retailers must have withdrew and now there is little chance of earning rewards, also i can't do the 2% cashback because i have prepayment meters for gas and electric Reviewed on: 10th February 2018
