all you need in a no frills bank account

i have had a basic account for years now and yes you dont get a contactless card or overdraft but it gives you everything you need direct debits and online banking and i have always had a great customer service Reviewed on: 7th February 2018

Excellent

I’ve been with natwest for 20+ years and always found them excellent and helpful. Never had a problem with anything and very friendly staff. The one time I was a victim of internet banking theft, they refunded my £1000 within hours. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 5th February 2018

A bank for everyone

I have had accounts with Natwest since I was 10 years old. I have a basic current account with them but have also had a student account, experience with overdrafts and personal loans and credit cards. My experience has always been a positive one. The staff at Natwest (in branch and on the telephone) are so helpful, the online service is excellent and straight forward and I have managed to easily apply and successfully acquire any product I should want. The interest rates are very favourable and as I have said its incredibly easy to navigate online and manage - exactly what I'm looking for in a bank! Reviewed on: 4th February 2018
