They helped me through Uni!

I've been with Natwest since I started University back in 2010. They had a fantastic student account with an interest-free increasing overdraft year after year - needed if you're a student but it also helped me start my own business that's now my day job six years on. Since graduating I've remained a Natwest customer, they were the first to implement new technologies such as coin counting machines in branch and Apple pay and the customer service is always fast, friendly and affective! Simple, Easy and up to date.

The natwest team are always very helpful in my local branch, I also find Natwest a very reliable banking company with a smartphone app that is incredibly easy to use. The app is easy to navigate round and perfect for making quick transfers between accounts and to other people. I would definitely recommend Natwest to other people as the company is very reputable and what you see is what you get with no catches. Reviewed on: 27th June 2016

Rude staff, unlawful charges, hidden fees, terrible customer service

Reliable

Have had no reason to leave them in 30 years! They don't hassle me, they have been very helpful when I've needed something sorted, and I feel they are reliable. Recommended. Reviewed on: 31st May 2016
