I have been with NatWest for nearly 30 years, never had a problem and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep you updated regularly with new products and it is convenient to go into the high street bank where it is very clean and modern. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Excellent Long term account

A Helpful Bank

NatWest has good customer service, a user-friendly website, and very user-friendly app. NatWest has been my bank for over 10 years, and I hold several accounts with them, including recently choosing to open up an a Rewards Account. I find their rewards offers good, and easy to understand and obtain. In terms of using their current account, it is easy to keep on top of my banking. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

great customer service

Had a problem with a direct debit going out that shouldn't have and was struggling to get my money back from the company involved but a quick call to natwest and my money was back in my account by the end of the day. Fantastic. I get 3% back from my household bills

No issues if you want to be faceless

Having banked with Natwest for 7 years, I can honestly say, I have never once encountered an issue. Internet banking never fails me, card can be used anywhere and it really is a simple account to use. The downsides being that in my city, the capital of scotland there is ONE branch! If you want to do some banking you need to battle your way into the city centre and then either struggle to park or have a walk after a bus/tram. So why do I claim faceless? My bank have never contacted me either, not to reward me for a great customer, give me an account that has overdraft facilities (yes I am a good customer) or even just to see how I am! I've had no problems with Natwest

Everytime I go into Natwest bank they are always very helpful and they are always willing to help me use the self serving machines. I think these machines are brilliant as they are quick, easy and they reduce queues. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016
